Experience Floral Paradise in the Heart of New Jersey

Holland Ridge Farms

86 Rues Road, Cream Ridge, NJ 08514

If you’ve ever seen photos of tulip fields and thought to yourself “wow, I really want to go there” then you’ve come to the right place! Holland Ridge Farms is a pristine flower farm, bursting with millions of rainbow blooms in the heart of the Garden State.

U-Pick Tulip Season

Get ready to tip-toe through the tulips because u-pick season is here! Experience the tulip fields of Holland, right here in New Jersey! Holland Ridge Farms’ u-pick tulip season opened April 13th, when the millions of bulbs they planted in the fall burst into bloom. Rows and rows of colorful tulips as far as the eye can see, all available to pick at just $1 per stem. Create the perfect tulip center piece to add some color to your home, or pick your favorite bunches to brighten up a loved-one’s day. Holland Ridge Farms’ flower fields make the perfect backdrop for all types of photography, so bring your sharpest smile. Boasting over 60 acres of flowers, Holland Ridge Farms u-pick event tops the charts as the largest on the East Coast. But hurry, the season only lasts around 2-3 weeks.

Bakery Barn Sweets and Treats

Though the rolling tulip fields serve as the main attraction, be sure to check out Holland Ridge Farms’ bakery barn for a sweet or savory snack open 7 days a week. Food trucks and other vendors tend to visit on weekends too!

Make Some Furry Friends

Head over to the animal cracker barn where you can find Holland Ridge Farms’ furry friends roaming around their pastures. On weekends, meet their caretaker, Erin, where she will demonstrate feeding time and can answer any animal questions you may have.

Take a Free Hayride Around the Farm

No farm trip is complete without taking a ride on the big green tractor. Included in your u-pick ticket is also a free hayride featuring a ride around the perimeter of the fields accompanied by some educational information about the farm, how they got started, how they plant and more. It’s a good opportunity to see the farm in its entirety without having to walk it yourself, especially for younger kids!

Further Details

Since the length of tulip season depends on mother nature, Holland Ridge Farms expects to get anywhere from 2-3 weeks out of the entire season. Tickets must be bought online! Holland Ridge Farms encourages you to buy for the date and time slot you can attend as they need to monitor visitor numbers on a daily basis. Tickets are subject to sell out. To be the first to know about tickets, make sure to follow them on Facebook and Instagram @HollandRidgeFarms. If you’re looking for hours, ticket information, or more details, click here.
